I played in the Northeastern Open, in Neenah Jan 20. The tournament has still not been rated! I was only able to play the first round against a lower rated player.

With the USCF online tournament submission process, tournaments can be rated immediately. The USCF server rates submitted tournaments hourly between 9am and 11pm Central time. The just-completed MetroWest Chess Club's Winter Warmer Swiss was rated about 20 minutes after it was over. A USCF membership problem can cause a delay; a tournament can only be rated if all players have current memberships when the tournament was played.
